I took my dog to the Simi Valley Spay and Neuter Clinic on June 4th, 2026, and I have never come across such a rude and unprofessional business. I will not return, nor recommend this clinic to anyone. Everything started going downhill the day before. I received a very brief confirmation call asking me to arrive at 9:15 AM, but I was given absolutely no pre-op instructions (like not feeding her after a certain time) or payment details.
