My wife and I were in the market for our first Harley-Davidson. We went on the internet and found our dream bike at Simi Valley Harley. We got in contact with Ray one of the sales guy. He set up a appointment for us to meet and check the bike out. When we got there the bike was sold, no big deal cause we saw another one they had. I took the bike for a test ride and notice the brakes were not working correctly. I went back to the store and told them something was not right with the brakes. The store manager looked up the service inspection report and said that the brakes are at 80% plenty of life left. My wife and I loved the bike so we purchased it, after picking the bike up on the way home I lost all brakes. My rear brakes were grinding I had to pull over on the side of the freeway. I guess I understand that you are buying a use bike and a use bike has things to be fix in it, but what really made me mad was that the store manager lied about the brakes and put my life at risk. I still have old brake pads to show them what they did was not right. The store manager just wanted to sell a bike n not think of safety. I will continue to post on all social media about this dealership. I still haven’t got a call from anyone at this dealership. Still waiting left a few voice mail.

I've been there a couple of times for my buddies bike, and it's an alright place. They have that harley davidson complex, Paul the owner guy is pretty cool though. Down to earth. Tim though, who I think is the sales manager? Someone said he was the general manager but I hope not. He's extremely rude and thinks he's gods gift. Not sure why they would want someone like that on staff. He's a douche who has a harassment suit coming any day.

I recently bought a bike there. Everything went pretty well until it was time to take delivery. The sales manager all of the sudden decided he had to get involved for some reason. He's got to be one of the biggest jerks I've ever had to deal with, his name was Tim. Big blow hard, thinks he knows everything and treats you like an idiot, wasn't very nice to his staff either. If I had to work for this jerk I'd quit.
