Needed a very large mirror removed and came over same day. Very polite!!!
Decided to have company install frameless glass shower in my primary bathroom due to high online reviews. During installation, installers cracked/ broke my large format shower tile (near the door bracket) without ever informing me of the issue. Installers then attempted to put grout on the damage in an attempt to cover up the damage. Very unprofessional from a consumer perspective. Noticed the damage later after installers left.
