Everyone here is wonderful! Very nice and showed concern for my cat. I can't think of a better place to take your pet when they're sick and you are concerned. This was on the 4th of July and still they made me feel welcome.
This Urgent Care in the best in the entire Ventura County. When you walk in worried and concerned the front office are so kind and ease your worries. They are very quick to help make the initial steps easy. Then the Tech’s in the back are so caring. There were so carful and kind to our little girl, Willow. Then handled her with such tenderness. Best experience ever!! A very scary evening with our pug in horrible neck pain, started off with the kindest voice of Sochi answering the phone and calmly taking down our information. When we arrived, we were greeted by another sweet and smiling woman, Yesenia, who checked us in. We then met with an amazing lab tech, Sadie, who took Frankie's vitals and checked her over, all while having a calm and caring demeanor.
