I had a great experience with Simi U Rent renting landscape equipment. The staff was helpful, fair, and easy to work with. I also appreciated how they handled an issue I had returning equipment after closing. Even though it was my mistake, they were understanding and waived the rental charge, which they didn’t have to do. That level of customer service really stood out to me. First time renting a skidsteer from anywhere. Requested a quote on Sunday after business hours from their website. Got sent an email of the requested quote from the website that day. I got called the next morning within their opening hour and had it reserved over the phone within 10 mins for the following weekend. They had the best price around. They came by on the scheduled day. I went in to rent a furniture dolly and was prof greeted by Steve at the counter. He quickly explained the procedure, took all my information down and I was on my way within 10 minutes at the most. Upon returning it the following day, Steve was prompt ln finalizing all the details and I was once again, out of the office within no more than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who has any needs for equipment that they don't have access to.
