Terrible first impression. Seems like someone pissed in the lady's cornflakes this morning. She was rude taking the call right off the bat and demonstrated she is willing to go out of her way not to help. I wish she had a supervisor or a manager who'd request a mandatory customer service behavioral training for her! YOU ARE GETTING PAID to help paitients! MORAN!!!!

Worst of the worst doctor ever.....The doctor does not even look into your eyes, all the carrying a tablet, very rude, no manners, no time for follow up questions, about symptoms, etc. Just check other options, not worth it your time and money.

I spoke with Lena and received such horrible customer service. She first told me only the pharmacy could refill his medication. I asked why there was a prompt on the voicemail to select #102 for refills and she informed me that only a nurse could refill his medication. I was so frustrated I called my dads pharmacy

I just had my first visit with Dr. Niku. Very pleasant visit, all things considered. Hardly waited at all in the waiting room, got called into the examination room, short interview with the nurse and Dr Niku came in, all in just a few minutes. He was very personable, put me at ease. He was thorough and informative. The overall experience was good. I honestly only went there because it was close to where I live. I was hesitant because of a couple negative reviews on here, but I was having a bit of an emergency. I couldn't get... read more
