Anthony was extremely gracious & called the factory for me to help me find a replacement for some carpet. He then quickly got back with me with the results, despite the fact that I do not live near the store & would not have been able to purchase from him. He definitely went the extra mile!
I love that they have such a great variety of flooring, even outdoor tiles! However when I selected a hardwood floor, the salesman quoted a higher price than he had originally. We looked at so many, he probably thought I'd forgotten each price or maybe he had. When I told him it was higher than his original quote, he regrouped and crossed out the higher price per foot and added a lower number by 1 cent! I did my flooring project with Simi Valley flooring guys I had a very bad experience with BOb I think he is the owner of the company I raised my claim and he said I don’t know after that when I called distributor he said bob is the main point since I paid to him within 1 year product getting so bad and he said it’s dust in all the living room it’s dust.? Am totally disappointed guys please be careful before buying check my floor pictures before taking any decision and it’s being around 2 months nothing happened no fix k call... read more
