DO NOT BOOK APPTS HERE!!!! THEY CHARGE FEES WITHOUT TELLING YOU THEY EXIST. Booked an emergency appt by phone with Erica, with only 13 hours between appt booking and appt. Ended up having to see a doctor sooner due to emergency. Called to cancel and they're telling me there's a $75 cancelation fee for not canceling with 24 hour notice. 1st. I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THIS CANCELLATION FEE. 2nd THE APPT WAS BOOKED IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS, SO HOW COULD I GUVE 24 HOUR NOTICE.
