I don't know how Dr. Kay (the pharmacist) does it. He knows every patient and cares about each and every one of them. Very compassionate and helpful. He goes above and beyond in helping patients. Fast, professional service.
Simi Care Pharmacy is our go to. Customer service matters to them and I like that I can call them and speak to a real person. Nice knowledgeable staff
Because of my long-term illness, I've unfortunately experienced my fair share of pharmacies, but Simi Care is by far over and above any of them. Everyone from Dr. Asher on down are so genuinely nice and go out of their way to understand my situation and fill every one of my too-numerous prescriptions quickly. I was actually afraid of my previous pharmacist and dreaded going, but now I don't mind the extra few minutes it takes to travel over the hill from the San Fernando Valley and look forward to being greeted with a smile.... read more
Simi Care Pharmacy is the epitome of professionalism. They are efficient, kind and do best by their patients/customers. This is my second time reviewing them because I feel compelled to after getting such great service. I've had so much trouble with big name pharmacies, especially Rite Aid. They argue with you, tell you a medication isn't covered by insurance is going to be a certain price, and then at SimI Care Pharmacy it is covered for a $5 copay. Hands down, superior to any pharmacy I have ever used. The folks at Simi Care actually live up to their name … they truly CARE about what’s best for the customer. Since switching from CVS ( due to awful customer service) in 2022, not once have I EVER been treated with courtesy and total respect. I would never use any other pharmacy . It’s no mystery to me, why the large, out of touch companies are folding.
