Best bike shop in Simi valley CA.rick the bike guy.
Just left with one happy boy! The owners were fantastic, even changing the seat on the new bike so it would be more comfortable. Love local business that want you to leave with a smile. Will recommend to my friends. Better than a big box store.
To say I would give this small town shop 5 stars I would honestly give it more if it was possible! They are absolutely amazing we have bought 4 bikes over the last 2-3 years. They may be slightly higher in price in comparability to Walmart etc but quality wise doesn't even come close! My daughters stopped in today thinking we needed new tubes in their bikes and they could have totally taken advantage of 3 kids and no one would have been the wiser but not only are they honest but they are trust worthy and that in its self is ... read more
I bought my Electra at Simi Bike Works and it was the best experience ever! I love thebike and have put 1,000+ miles on it. They keep it working like new! The prices are great and Pat and Brock treat me like family. I would never buy a bike or parts anywhere else!! I highly recommended them!

Bike broke both times I had it fixed at bike works the first time I didn't blame them but when it happened for a second time with the same issue.. They admitted it was wrong on their part, and they did not fix everything. Although they blamed the issue on me and refused service after 250 dollars on the same issue.. Worst service I've ever had.
