These landlords were a nightmare! All of their tenants absolutely hated them because they were slumlords and didn't take care of any of the maintenance until people made threats to call inspectors and health departments! I can't even count how many times we had to be home for inspectors to come through our apartment while we were there because people had enough and called on them!
