I appreciate and respect Dr. Gurugubelli. His practice, ethics and determination to get me the best care is profound. His nurse, Brooke (spelling hopefully correct) is also top notch and a pleasure to work with. I am lucky to be a client (lol because we're not patients anymore) for them. Thank you, Dr. Gurugubelli! Your care and professionalism is out of this world!
Waited for an hour and just gave up. All I needed was lab work. The lady sitting next to me gave up as well. They have no respect for your time. Then while your waiting, you are sitting in old cracking and uncomfortable chairs. At least make an effort to recover the chairs, put some magazines out and a tv that is larger. Maybe a 32" not the 21". All in all you can just tell they have no care for their clients.
I ordinarily wouldn’t leave a review for a doctor, but I initially decided to leave a review to counter someone else’s comment giving Dr. G one star. I felt compelled to leave a review to counter that comment. That comment has since been removed, but I figured I’d go ahead and leave a review. Dr. G is a very good doctor, he listens to concerns/issues with genuine interest, discusses them with you, and potential treatment options. Further, his bedside manner is exceptional and he is very kind.
