my system is only one season old though it took them 2 years to install, and here we are with a broken system. parts have already had to be replaced, they didnt put enough refridgerant in to the unit, no filter in the heater, installed the air conditioning unit incorrectly.....absolutely appalled by the poor quality of work.!
Energy assistance program, heater never worked correctly until energy assistance sent another company out to r see pair and replace parts
