This company was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I called. The representative sounded like they just woke up or was high, then hung up on me—completely unacceptable behavior for any business.
This company is absolutely the best! Any company that helps kids the way they do is #1 in my book but this company not only helps kids... Every employee is out volunteering and helping at fairs to help kids have more opportunities! They have the BIGGEST hearts and are a fantastic company overall!
my system is only one season old though it took them 2 years to install, and here we are with a broken system. parts have already had to be replaced, they didnt put enough refridgerant in to the unit, no filter in the heater, installed the air conditioning unit incorrectly.....absolutely appalled by the poor quality of work.!
