Everyone in the office from start to finish! From the welcoming staff, The doctors and all, I absolutely love the people in this place, and I left with a beautiful smile!!!
I’ve seen people say that they wish they could give more than a 5 star rating and they aren’t lying. Every single person in this office is so kind and understanding. Amber explained everything to me and reassured me. There was never any pressure to make decisions I wasn’t comfortable with and everything again was explained to me and what next steps we needed to take. This is the best dentist I have ever been to!
My sister took our elderly Mother in for a tooth extraction on a molar. My mother has dementia and Dr Twain was incredibly kind talking her slowly through the process. From making sure he was working with her current medications to keep her safe to talking her step by step through her procedure, his professionalism and bedside manner was exemplary!
