Excellent service and repair of my ECM Synchronika by Carlos. He also polished the Stainless steel panels of the machine. Very skilled and knowledgeable about espresso machines and grinders. Honest, with great communication. Highly recommended!
I brought in my 30 yr old La Pavoni with a burned out coil, and got back a machine that looks and acts brand new! Excellent repair work by Michael. He even polished the chrome! Although SIMEC specializes in repair of large restaurant systems, they took the time to fix my little espresso maker. Strongly recommend.
