They started Norton Lift project in October. A job that should have been done in a matter of weeks is still in progress with no end date in site. All of the Lakes residents cannot use their water or plumbing during working hours AND have to boil our water to be used. We can only use our plumbing on weekends and evenings. This is a disgusting way to live. Sewage is often seen at the site of the project. How can a company this size not complete a MINOR project in a couple days?
