I’ve been an employee of Simcoe Terrace for almost 10 years and I absolutely love it. I have amazing coworkers and wonderful residents that always know how to put a smile on your face Management does what they can to accommodate staff and residents needs.
Simcoe Terrace Barrie This is a retirement home which has a so called cook on staff who likes to bully residents by yelling and screaming at them. Must make her feel real big bullying vulnerable seniors (55+). This person should never be allowed in any sort of residential care facility or retirement home. Yet the home still allows her to work within their facility as they don't even care about the residents as everyone here is just a number with a dollar sign attached to it. Unfortunately I can't recommend this facility. It is in disrepair, ceilings are cracking front doors don't work properly in the event of a fire. Owners don't care it is just about the money at this location. And now they are even offering a $100 visa as a prize draw to everyone who posts a positive remark on Google for them. This shows how desperate they really are. Beware of the smoke and mirrors here your family and loved ones deserve better.
