Driving back from Turkey Point to Niagara on July 31st, we realized there was a problem with the right wheel on our boat trailer making a grinding noise on the road. We went through several local businesses in Simcoe, but we either got told that "nothing looked wrong" with the trailer wheel, or they didn't have the tools or time to fix the problem. Dropped $2500 on some trailer upgrades along with purchasing a couple spare parts. Scott, his dad and Andrea were great to work with. Organized and punctual. My only issue is the lad that's pulling the wrenches. Prior to leaving I looked under the trailer only to find the new u-bolts needed 1.5" cut off. The clearance especially on the starboard side with the gas line wasn't adequate. Scott informed the lad to bring it back in and trim all 8 u-bolts. Recently had Scott install the MORryde CRE3000 equalizer, heavy duty shackle kit, and 3 cross members. Made a huge difference in the stability when towing our 2022 Coachman Northern Spirit 2454BH.
