Very disappointing experience overall. Amy came across as extremely rude, blunt, and lacking empathy throughout the appointment. As parents coming in with genuine concerns and emotions, we expected professionalism, compassion, and supportive guidance — instead we left feeling judged, dismissed, and overwhelmed.
