My daughter is having nothing but issues. She is desperately trying to overcome her addiction and the clinic keeps forgetting to send in her prescription to the pharmacy. Last week she went from Friday to Monday with no methadone. It's extremely frustrating for her and for me as her mother because she suffers and she's just trying to get past this. You would think the clinic would be more supportive of someone trying to get better.
Friendly staff, such as RPN, Doc. Most clinics grant carry every 2 weeks, however this clinic grants carry every 4 weeks. Testing 2 time a week. They are excellent in supporting recovery. I want to go off methadone, switch to suboxone then sublicade. I was expecting rapid transition, however they are going through with gradual transition and overdo on safety. Overall, friendly staff, excellent customer service, placing patient recovery first; however overdoing on safety.
