I had a terrible experience. My appointment was at 5:30 pm, but I waited over an hour despite plenty of empty chairs. Only one staff member was working, and the team was rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing — I won’t be coming back.
I came in for a pedicure today and left really disappointed. When I first arrived, the lady asked what colour I wanted. When I sat down, she tested a polish on my finger—but it was nothing close to what I asked for. I asked to see more options, and she brought over a very small ring of options and then never came back none of the colours had what I was asking for. Meanwhile, she left the sample polish on my finger and I had to ask multiple times for a paper towel to remove it from the man doing my pedicure and I never receiv... read more
Ana did a great job with the manicure and pedicure. She is very kind and goes all the way to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend her if you are visiting this place.
Anna was amazing! I love how natural she made my nails look.
