Phil was recommended by another local business re our possible issue. He responded ( unbelievably ) quickly. We did, indeed have raccoon issues. They (it) damaged the soffit to gain access to our roof space. A trap door was installed so it could come out, but not get back in. Phil came back a few days later and sure enough, it worked. He sealed up the area so it would not happen again . He also sealed up another possible access point to prevent it from happening on the other side of the house. I called this company last week to deal with bats that had entered our home probably through basement walls. Phil and his son came that day, and scheduled me in almost immediately to bat proof the house. They were amazing at their work, extremely personable and for they work they did reasonable with their pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
Phil was incredibly quick, kind, and professional attending to the birds that had decided to make our home, theirs. I wouldn't look any further if you're also (unfortunately) in the market for wildlife removal!
Just called this guy about a service he does not offer. Instead of responding with tact, was a real jerk. People like this will never get my business. Be warned, you are dealing with someone who has zero people skills.
