Had them out to diagnose a problem on my high end Signature Series Lenox heat-pump. Although they are a professional capable hvac company they spent a long time diagnosing that I felt could have been solved sooner if Lennox Tech support was contacted with the error code. Otherwise I would have given them a 5 star rating. They addressed my concerns and we settled up which I appreciated.
