I spoke with a very helpful woman last week in Collingwood who was helpful, patient and provided me with the exact step by step information I would need to book an appointment on line. Thank you for your assistance and very pleasant and professional telephone manners.
Called the health unit on a store which is not following health regulations and they did nothing. Oh sorry they called the manager lol and he said he was following protocol. Anyone can say that. Joke
Trying to maneuver best practices during these Covid times can be tricky and confusing but after speaking with the local health unit for advice I feel so much better. The lady that helped me was patient, supportive and very informative. Thank you!
