Incredibly disappointing and negative experience with Suzette at the food handler's certification exam. Did not want to accept cash payment in coins, said it was ridiculous to bring coins and that financial department would not accept coins. I offered to count them out for her, she said she did not have time to count and refused to accept payment until I returned with a bill. Said exam score would be withheld until bill was received.
