super quick but thorough! the receptionist was really nice, the nurse was SO sweet and so down to earth. she definitely put my mind at ease and explained everything in detail. there was 0 judgement whatsoever. i absolutely recommend coming here!
They were great and helped me on the phone for my little guy when I went in the front desk wasn't the happiest person but who knows what she was going through that day. The nurse we had was amazing and super helpful. Really appreciate this program
Absolute joke. Both the doctor and I informed them that my rabies vaccine would be at the hospital. I even have a work order ready at the hospital when i got here. Wait two hours to find out that they didn't deliver it here The hospital calls them . Puts me on the phone , and the lady has the audacity to be rude and act like this is my fault. They claimed to have called and left voice messages as well , checked my voicemail and had nothing , nor a record of them calling. Unorganized, unfriendly , unprepared
