We have been going to this location for years, if I could rate greater than 5/5 , I would. The customer service at this location is premium. They have gone above and beyond with teaching about different paints and trying to track down specific screws I needed. 10/10 recommend this location. Amazing staff
Went in for cabinet paint. Lady there so knowledgeable & I got all the advice & options I needed. Great dealing with an expert. Some places they're reading the paint can, ah I can do that too ! Highly recommend Home Hardware for paint, especially the Simcoe store

I primarily come here for paint because I think their swatches are extremely accurate to the end result BUT I also come here for the phenomenal customer service I receive every time. I have mostly dealt with the women who work in the paint section, and no matter what question I have, what I need, they are always willing to give advice and help with any project. Extremely small location. Not sure the purpose of having a store this small when they don't offer all the services that normal home hardwares do. They have a saw but don't cut wood?
