I've had no problems at all they take care of you and they actually put your socks back on when they remove them to cut your toenails and file them down the elevate your seat so they can get a better angle and they do lubricate your ankles with the cream just to soften it up so I'm satisfied with the treatment and I like the cool spray when they file the toes
