I have used this company for years. The response I get from Don the owner is amazing, and his work is always done right the first time. Don has always been polite and always straight to the point of what is wrong. I would highly recommend
I would give 0 if I could. I called them to get help with my heating but the employee was extremely rude. He didn’t help me at all and raised his voice
I ordered my water tank from Home Depot and needed a service week after finally they sent service from this company and he didn’t see any issue with water tank! I have a labor and part warranty anyway! Technician was rude and didn’t listen or explain start arguing with me saying that chimney need to be fixed I said i will call the people I have been working with and He said since he came my house i must pay him even if he doesn't fix chimney. Don Simone is the worst plumber I have ever dealt with. My home was gutted out last year because of a burst pipe . He did the plumbing and everything he did seemed wrong. Our downstairs toilet was leaking into the basement for months before I noticed. when I remove the toilet, it was not even sitting on the wax ring. I had to reverse all our hot and cold lines because he had them on backwards. He cut a vent line for our dryer upstairs and he cut it in wrong so he had to cut another hole.
