I live in Bearspaw Manor. Simco property management, in my opinion, is the absolute worst. The rep that services our building is pathetically non-involved. Always lying and making up excuses. If you are looking for a property management company, stay way clear of this one. They will take your money gladly but give you nothing in return. Simco, lately, is WAY better then before. Since Elliot Kerr has left the company the communication is better. Christine Pratt's response is real quick. Maintenance personal is much better. Colin(emergency guy) is amazing. Keep it up!
