I've been attending for over 2yrs & My dentist Funmi has given Me the best outcome I couid of ever asked for as i'am a nhs patient,.the staff are Brilliant,.Thankyou Funmi & the whole Mckenzie team,
Many years ago i was suffering from a bereavement, my mother had died, and i missed an annual checkup. The receptionists decided to take me off the list and were smiling and laughing when i tried to explain. Never forget. Never forgive. Hope they got their karma. But i must add that mr McKenzie is a wonderful dentist
My entire family have been using this dentist for over 25years and we have always had amazing service.
Joined as a new NHS patient earlier this year, As a nervous patient I was hoping to have an understanding dentist but how wrong could I be, I was talked down by the very rude Nigerian women, She mad me feel very anxious and had very little interest in helping me, Lovey receptionist but wouldn’t go back, This dentist needs schooling in people skills
All the staff are nice and friendly accept the Black dentist who is very rude to patients, I got 2 friends who left the surgery because of her attitude.
