Simchah is fantastic at creating a calming and relaxing environment in her classes. She gently encourages her students to go through yoga flows and creates an uplifting experience. If you have an opportunity to take a class with Breath of Life Yoga- you should take it! 10/10 recommend!

Have known Simchah for years now and just took my first yoga class about 2 weeks ago. I have to say no doubt the best decision I ever made. Not only is she kind, caring, and encouraging but left feeling better than I had in years. If you're looking for a knowledge and professional instructor who truly cares...look no further! You won't be disappointed.
