Run, don't walk away. I hired an attorney who got promoted, so I was sent to her. She did nothing. I ended up with one third of what I was told I would get by my previous lawyer and she never completed or turned in a form (for social security) and now I have to give most of my money to social security. I've been trying to get a hold of anyone and never can reach somebody nor do I get calls back

The other review matches my experience exactly. This lawyer doesn't even answer the phone. She doesn't answer emails, schedules phone meetings and doesn't show up, and seems to do the bare minimum. I'm on the verge of filing a bar complaint.

We have been trying to call Cheryl for the last 3 months, leaving messages and emails with no response back. No common courtesy or professionalism whatsoever! My workman’s comp case has not been completed and in need of an answer. This is absolutely not acceptable. My case was one that she took over from the Honorary Judge Robert Rassp. When he was handling my case he was very professional and responsive to our calls, emails and messages. Not happy at all, and will be seeking other actions.
