Sept 2023, I Bought a front Subframe for my 2002 Tracker from Simba. Great price and free shipping. A week later I read these reviews and winced in pain. Wrote an email and made a telephone call. No answers. Looked at their Phoenix location on Google street view, winced again. 2 weeks plus, after the purchase date, the part arrived. Very well packaged and pristine in condition (No rust)! I ordered a 2001-2004 hard to find K-frame cradle/subframe from these folks and received the part 5 days later with no issues. The part was better than advertised and well packaged. I'm going to give them a good review..I give them credit where credit is due.

2 weeks - no shipment. No replies to Email or Phone calls. Fraud dept contacted at PayPal and Facebook.

I had ordered a Sub-Frame for my 2004 Pontiac Sunfire Dec. 2020 payed $269.00 for it had not heard or received any feed back from them made many calls to them nothing.

I ordered and paid for an engine cradle that was shown to be in stock and ready for shipment. I received a confirmation email and thought all was good. It's now been a month and a half and no returned phone calls or emails. This business is defrauding people out of their money. I would highly suggest you steer clear. I will be reporting them to local and federal authorities.

Don’t believe the 5 star reviews. Probs bots or the company itself. Like other reviews on here stay away, as they will just take your money and disappear.

ordered a part for $280 on Jan 7 2020. Simba made sure to take my money promptly on the 8th. It is now the 27th, and they still have not shipped my party. When I asked on Jan 10th when I could expect shipment, they replied that they could not find the part, but would try to send it that day...(not sure how they're going to send a part they can't find..) I have not heard from simba since. I have reached out numerous times. Most recently, on Jan 21, I emailed and requested a refund . . . no response.
