Took my truck in to get multiple things fixed and Arthur King was very helpful. He would answer my questions and helped me to understand what I was looking at and how to continue forward. Felt like I could trust him right away. I’ll definitely be recommending him to others and will be taking other vehicles there in the future.
I called the shop to ask questions about my vehicle and services. I spoke with Arther King and he was exceptional! He gave me some great recommendations on getting my vehicle inspected, explained how parts get delivered up here and a realistic time line. He also gave me tips on how to ask the right questions to receive the proper service since I mentioned I was calling around. Absolutely wonderful customer service and I will be bring my vehicle there asap once I can schedule a tow. Thank you again Arthur for helping me feel ... read more
I took my vehicle to Simard because my front end was making noise. They very helpful and informative on what repairs needed. I received a list of issues along with pictures. Scott did an excellent job getting the repairs done in a timely manner. I will continue to use this shop
They charged me over $200/hr, so for w break job with new rotors, new struts $5k for one day of work. Not sure if they charged me more because my breaks were stuck and i had to have it towed in or what but definitely felt gouged. Otherwise i probably would have given them 5 stars because they seemed friendly and got it done by the next morning
The plastic shield under car was dragging and they saw me without an appointment. They easily fixed on the spot. Would recommend them!
