Amazing staff, extremely helpful and efficient. Got us back on the road in waaay less time than we thought. Would move to Fairbanks just for this place

The gentleman at the counter (Arthur) is beyond professional and courteous! Made my first experience here amazing! Highly recommend based on his service alone! (So far the repairs have been great, and I was comfortable with the pricing as well.)
Awesome 5 star service from Simard's shop on Illinois!!! I was prepping for moose season and came up with a problem on my truck. They were able to get me in and do brake repairs on Friday, so I can drive safely to moose camp tomorrow. Arthur and his crew are professional, helpful, and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Highly recommend them!
