Have to give 5 starts ! , The team was very friendly and attentive. Plus not only did these guys cleaned up the wet area in my kitchen , they did the repairs too. overall great work.

I was amazed at the customer service and follow up with SIMA. They completely dealt with my insurance and now we have our house back to normal. Fast easy, reliable. There is no room for improvement. Thanks guys!!!

It's been a year since they "finished" restoring our bathroom after a flood. It took them over 4 months to get to a stage were we could use it. So much stressful back and forth and repeatitive corrections. We only have 1 bathroom in our place. So we couldnt live here while the work was being conducted. They showed no concern or sympathry for the. But then there's also the amount of stress and damage done to existing furniture and fixtures... no words for the lack of professionalism. What they didn't break, they stole Fragile items were thrown in a box and heavy things on top. It's as if they wanted to do it. More than 6 boxes had broken stuff in the bottom. Stealing seemed to be their specialty. I'm heart broken about my terrible losses
