I've shopped 3 times at SIMA Piscines over the past 2 weeks, for hard to find legacy pool parts. Each time was a very pleasant and successful experience. I even had to return/exchange a part due to my inability to read the vendor specifications properly, no problem with the exchange either. Ironically, I visit the other larger pool supply stores in my area first, assuming they would have the parts I needed... not so! Next time, I will go to SIMA first.

Aucun service après vente. J’ai eu énormément de problèmes avec mon spa suite a l’installation et aucun service une fois qu’ils ont été payés.
Pire service reçu.
