I have been a patient of Dr. Sima Momin for the past few years. Initially, I chose to see her after my husband had a positive experience, but unfortunately, my own experience has been less than satisfactory. I’m a Veteran and prefer not to rely on the VA for all of my healthcare needs. Staff or physician do not follow up with tests, nor prescriptions. I had to call for test results and I am still waiting for over a week for a prescription to be called in to pharmacy. Fourth time I had to call today. Do your job!
Dr Momin is attentive and very capable and goes above and beyond every time. I love her nurse Angel who answers all of online messages via my chart app and She works patiently through the horrible insurance approval processes submitting forms multiple times on my behalf. I’m so humbled by their attention to my needs. Thank you Dr Momin and thank you Angel!!!😇
