I DIDN'T WANT TO EVEN GIVE 1 STAR BUT CAN'T POST THIS WITHOUT ADDING AT LEAST ONE. DO NOT USE ... I REPEAT "DO NOT USE" !! TOLD US OUR CUSTOMERS FREIGHT COULD NOT BE DELIVERED DUE TO PROBLEMS AT ANOTHER DELIVERY ... AFTER 3 DAYS AND MY CUSTOMER HAVING TO SHUT DOWN WE WERE TOLD "OPPS!" WE DIDN'T PICK THIS UP AFTER ALL !! MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONOEST, COMPANY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN 20 YEARS !!
Went to pick up cheques from the office, they were closed every time. They owe me money but I can’t get a hold of them. Not the first time this has happened, I guess I’m the fool for trusting them to pay their bills

Adam at SIM sends out multiple inappropriate blasts per day, and when I've repeatedly asked him to remove me from his blasts, he says it's not his problem and I need to handle this internally. I've repeated to him on multiple occasions that he isn't emailing the correct parties as I am not on Booking vanities, but he is not capable of understanding this. He then cusses at me and hangs up.
