I was here with my husband who had an appointment, I was shocked that they were taking patient phone calls on speaker. I was able to hear the patient state the first and last name and date of birth and proceed to speak about their health issues in front of a full lobby! I found it highly unethical and a hippa violation. It proceeded to get worse and they had none of my husbands results sent in, which was odd because they called him in to an earlier day to go over his results!
