Appointment was cancelled twice without any reason given. When I called to ask why, there was a long hold and then the line was hung up without the chance to talk to a representative.
No show. Had appointment. No one ever showed. I waited 30 minutes. Do not use this service or Fieldprint if they cannot show the simple courteous of showing up or at least letting you know they are late. They took my money however and I cannot get in touch with them to get a refund.
Showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment and no one was there. I stood in the cold and knocked until my fingers hurt. I waited until 10 minutes after my appointment time before giving up. THEY should be paying ME a "no-show" fee. I don't want to hear this: "We apologize for the inconvenience. We are only open by appointment only through field print. Instructions by field print is just to be available for appointment time and up until 10 minutes after scheduled appointment. Let us know how we can make appointment times mo... read more
My experience was different than the others. It's definitely not the easiest to find but the buildings are relatively well marked and there are directory boards posted throughout the area. Once I found it I was in and out in under 5 min. Took one star off because they weren't able to find my original confirmation number and also weren't able to give any confirmation/documentation that I actually showed up.
