I am writing regarding the care I received from Dr. Silvio Xavier Avilez Cerna on May 3rd 2025 at the Coral Springs Urgent Care. During my visit, he focused primarily on vertigo, even though I repeatedly told him that I was experiencing significant ear pain and other symptoms that concerned me. I felt that my concerns were not fully considered, and the diagnosis remained focused on vertigo and displaced crystals. The nurses and staff was amazing, the doctor however was rushing and speaking so fast he only went over 1 of my 4 concerns. He only treated me for one of my aches which was my lower back and loosing sensations on my legs. After that he never came back and he sent a nurse with discharge papers. Highly upset with this doctor , if you get him ask to switch kindly
The entire staff was amazing. Personalized care..clean and professional. Fast results. Treated everything. I rarely need care but amazing care here. I'll go back if I need medical!
