I have a food allergy and made a terrible decision by consuming a lethal amount. I than proceeded to make the best decision by heading to Silver Cross ER where I was in the hands of Dr. Morales and fellow staff and nurses. I cannot thank Dr. Morales enough and also the staff that day.
