Lost a customer because of this carrier. Working with them has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The load was supposed to take 3 days, but it ended up dragging on for over a week and is still causing issues. Joanna P was extremely unprofessional — poor communication, no timely updates, very difficult to reach, and rude when issues were addressed. LOST A CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF THIS! Working on this load has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. Joanna P has been unprofessional throughout—providing no timely updates, being difficult to reach, and responding rudely while refusing to take responsibility for mistakes. What should have been a 3-day load has dragged on for over a week. This will definitely be the first and last time we work with them.

LOST CUSTOMER THANKS TO THEM! Moving a load with them was and still being a huge pain in the as. Joanna P is unprofessional dispatcher, no in-time updates, almost impossible to reach, being rude and not accepting her own falls. Moving a 3 days load taking them one and half a week. Gonna be 1st and the last load to move with them!
