Lost a customer because of this carrier. Working with them has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The load was supposed to take 3 days, but it ended up dragging on for over a week and is still causing issues. Joanna P was extremely unprofessional — poor communication, no timely updates, very difficult to reach, and rude when issues were addressed. Joanna P has been unprofessional throughout—providing no timely updates, being difficult to reach, and responding rudely while refusing to take responsibility for mistakes. What should have been a 3-day load has dragged on for over a week. This will definitely be the first and last time we work with them.
