Over the course of 23 years of driving, hauling everything from hazmat to produce dry box to flatbed and containers, both local, linehaul, regional and over the road, for approximately 3 million miles, Silvicom has been the best company I've ever worked for. The pay is top notch, and the people who I've come to know there are still my friends today.
Thieves Does not pay for Orientation or bags when flying out. Does not communicate through tablet and and tries to use intimidation and force dispatch on faulty equipment. Dispatchers lie about delivery time to keep you running. Company steals money and prey on down south drivers thats the twist to guaranteed you miles. Company will give more home time just to hold your pay check. Detention nor breakdown will ever be paid. Company will force you to run overweight all the time
This company has no integrity. Booked a HAZMAT load with me. Got loaded then decided they weren't comfortable and unloaded. I turned down 5 other carriers, then 5 hours later i have the load back. I paid VERY WELL and they still dropped the ball
