Truck 706 parked in the handicap parking spot without a displayed placard Aug 18 2026 at 6:15pm pilot truck stop boron California. He’s lucky he left cause the Cops were called. Thats a $500 ticket and it goes up with each one afterwards.

One of their drivers hit a sprinkler line in our building and they took zero responsibility. I asked them to wait while I measured their truck and they just drove off.

Lost a customer because of this carrier. Working with them has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The load was supposed to take 3 days, but it ended up dragging on for over a week and is still causing issues. Joanna P was extremely unprofessional — poor communication, no timely updates, very difficult to reach, and rude when issues were addressed. LOST A CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF THIS! Working on this load has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. Joanna P has been unprofessional throughout—providing no timely updates, being difficult to reach, and responding rudely while refusing to take responsibility for mistakes. What should have been a 3-day load has dragged on for over a week. This will definitely be the first and last time we work with them.
