8.29.24. Paducah ky, driver turning westbound on 62. Turned left using a lane that was meant to go straight. I managed to avoid getting hit with his trailer, because there were no cars in my left lane. At a stop light he was on his cellphone, wearing headphones, having no clue what just happened. I have a dash cam video, and will be submitting it to the authorities for reckless driving.
Been with the Company now going on 5 yrs on a wind n prayer, when prior company sold truck I was in n left me hanging.Maintenence man had me call his sister, who was the recruiter at Silvicom at the time, and here I am 5 yrs later n still here after jumping Companies for yrs staying no longer then 1yr n1/2 at most in last 35 yrs of trucking. I can't say nothing bad about Silvicom, they been good to me from the get go from Safety ladies to Accounting Women, to my Dispatcher n my second Dispatcher I had temporary for a yr . To... read more
