I've come here 2 other times before and everything went fine. Ive never had a problem. I decided to get my hair dyed and cut. I went in hoping it would turn out like the picture but the end result was completely different. My hair was a light brown before and I was hoping to get it brighter. My hair ended up being almost black looking in the front and some highlights in the back. The color looked nothing like I wanted. I've been coming in weekly for 13 years for hair and nails. The service has always been excellent, the staff is very friendly and warm. I look forward to my appointment every week, they are like family to me :) Thank you Silvia for years of excellent service!
