After seen her job, I tried for a month to get in touch with Silvia to book an appointment through Instagram and Facebook but she never replied. Finally, I found the way to contact her through WhatsApp. She nicely replied and after tell her what I wanted to do, she asked me to go to the salon to do a test (I wanted to go from brunette to blonde so she needed to see the condition of my hair, must said quite professional handling). First time was amazing, unfortunately second time was really unreliable - a huge disappointment and left my hair really poorly blended and coloured. It was painful, she made her assistant do most of it and there was no conversation at all

She's wonderful! I always wanted to be a blonde and she fulfilled that wish incredibly well, I loved the service and I highly recommend it! She has fairie’s hands and used the best products to do my hair 🥰🥰🥰🥰
