I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The staff hates their job and has NO respect for the patients whatsoever (Melissa). If you don't like what THEY (the staff) tell you to do, then they will literally just hang up on you after saying "oh well". I was in the hospital several times due to having no immune system & was told to get a follow up with my dr right away. Every other patient I've encountered here has been older, so please take that into account when you read some of the other reviews. This place is great! If a bit understaffed. They are patient as all heck and very understanding. Dr Silva hears your concerns instead of speaking AT you. The office ladies are so very nice and polite and good at their job.
