Looks nice. Some of the house dont look like they were quality built. Hope this place doesn’t look like In 10 years.
I love what they are doing here. They are bringing the community feel back to the community. Seems like a great place to raise a family. Because it's in the cut I don't see many transient people being there making it safe. The homes range from 400k to 700k so you are able to find a home that meets your need. They even have options for casitas! My husband and I plan to purchase here. We recently viewed new builds in Fontana and home ranged from 600k to 700k and they weren't nearly as nice. The property tax rates way too high. Over 2% meaning a 450k house with 10% down and todays rates plus the taxes and hoa gives you a 4,000 mortgage. Even at the 5.99 or 4.99 specials. And you still get no yard or privacy for homes even at 600k
