The employees inside the welcome center are wonderful and very welcoming. I got very good vibes from them and the building itself is clean, well maintained and very nice. My one star review is because I came not just as a Journalist but a future resident to inquire about a fire evacuation plan because there’s only one current route into and out of this community. The ladies in the welcome center were very nice and emphasized that there was only one way out and said I’d need to reach out to their leadership. She gave me a bus... read more
