It was cozy, warm and off the beaten path. I lived in Hungry Horse for 48 years. We have our family home up for sale. I didn’t want to miss the Christmas parties so I called Jason. The chalet was so cozy & warm. & the lights were on Thank you Jason , Daph and the crew.

Highly recommend this beautiful spot in the woods, great location to GNP. I’m a photographer 🎥 and the cabins are a little bit of heaven! Nice vibe away from almost every thing! We will be back.

We stayed here for our visit to GNP, only 7 minutes from the park. It was a beautiful place. Love the gas stove! However I would highly recommend fixing the toilet in cabin 5, it ran all night! Plus for the price there should have been breakfast. The price is overly high for what you get! The WiFi did not work unless you were up by the office. For the price should have good working WiFi.

This is the essence of emails that I sent to the owner, Jason Gilseth, after our stay 7/17/24 to 7/19/24 I do not believe the "house" is worth $495 a night for what I wrongly assumed was your “best cabin". I thought I was getting a truly wonderful/luxurious experience in your rustic cabin/house. The house is more like Very Outdated Rustic.
